Global UX & Brand Designer | Building a Scalable Social Content Framework
As adidas expanded its global social presence, I partnered with the Global Brand Design team to create a scalable content framework that standardized how campaign storytelling was translated across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and regional social channels.
The framework transformed global brand campaigns into reusable templates, content architecture, and implementation standards, enabling creative teams to efficiently adapt campaigns for Western and Asian markets. By aligning Brand, Marketing, and Digital teams around a shared production framework, it accelerated campaign delivery while preserving adidas' global brand expression across platforms.
Global Campaign Expression — Every campaign began with a unified creative vision. The framework translated global brand storytelling into scalable, platform-specific experiences, enabling consistent customer engagement while preserving adidas' visual identity across global markets.
The Challenge
As adidas expanded its global social presence, campaign teams needed to deliver cohesive brand stories across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and regional markets. Each platform introduced unique image dimensions, content constraints, and engagement behaviors, making it difficult to maintain a consistent brand experience at global scale.
The opportunity was to create a reusable social framework that standardized campaign adaptation across platforms, enabling global teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while preserving adidas' brand expression.
From Campaign to Platform
Rather than creating unique assets for every social platform, I identified the reusable patterns behind successful campaign execution. By curating hundreds of campaign photography assets, I developed a repeatable methodology for selecting the strongest storytelling imagery and adapting it across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and regional channels.
Those decisions became part of a scalable framework that standardized image selection, crop behavior, typography, messaging, and layout rules. The result enabled creative teams to rapidly produce platform-specific content while preserving adidas' global brand expression.
Campaign Adaptation Framework — A single global campaign was systematically translated into platform-specific experiences using reusable layout rules, curated imagery, and standardized content patterns that ensured consistency across every social channel.
Global Social Template Library
To scale campaign execution across global markets, I created a centralized library of reusable templates that codified how campaigns should adapt across every major social platform. Each template defined safe zones, image specifications, responsive behaviors, profile placements, and implementation guidance, enabling creative teams to efficiently produce platform-specific content without reinventing layouts for every campaign.
The framework established a shared production system that reduced ambiguity, accelerated delivery, and ensured consistent brand expression across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and regional markets.
Reusable Social Framework — Documented platform specifications, safe zones, responsive behaviors, and implementation standards that enabled global teams to rapidly adapt campaigns while preserving consistent brand expression across every social channel.
Framework in Action
The framework was designed to do more than document standards—it enabled global teams to consistently transform campaign assets into platform-specific experiences. By combining standardized templates with curated imagery, teams could efficiently launch cohesive social campaigns tailored to each platform while preserving adidas' visual identity, storytelling, and customer experience across desktop and mobile.

Design Reflection
From Campaign Assets to Scalable Design Systems
Building adidas' global social framework fundamentally changed how I think about designing for scale.
What began as organizing campaign assets evolved into solving a broader organizational challenge: enabling global teams to consistently translate brand strategy into platform-specific experiences. Rather than designing individual social executions, I created the framework that governed how storytelling adapted across platforms, devices, and markets.
That experience shaped how I approach product design today. The greatest impact rarely comes from designing a single experience—it comes from creating the systems, governance, and shared understanding that enable teams to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale. That mindset continues to guide my approach to product strategy, cross-platform systems, and design leadership.
